We would like to be able to use the pictures taken during the summer camps for advertising purposes. The pictures may be used throughout our website, on facebook, and other advertising venues. Please select the appropriate statement below in regards to using pictures of yourself during the event.

Applications will be looked at on a first come, first served basis. There are limited spaces available and should you not get a space, you will be placed on a waiting list in order of applications received. Upon acceptance, a 50% deposit is required to hold your space with the remainder due two weeks prior to the start date.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are no longer able to attend your chosen special event, please inform us ASAP. If cancelled two weeks or more before the start date, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $15 administration fee. If cancelled in under two weeks before the start date but, prior to 48 hours before the start date of the horsemanship weekend, you will receive a refund less your 50% deposit. If cancelled within the 48 hours prior to the start date of the horsemanship weekend, no refund will be issued.


Double Star Ranch will require a Release of Liability Waiver to be filled out by each participant in the presence of a Double Star Ranch staff member no later than 9:30 AM on the morning of the first day of your special event in order for the participant to be able to participate in horse activities.
An approved riding helmet is not required for those over 19 years old but, are strongly recommended (some are available for use at Double Star Ranch). A pair of sturdy closed toed shoes with a small heel and long pants are required though.
