We are a family orientated business and our employees have the right to a pleasant working envronment. If your behaviour or conduct is deemed to be inappropriate by any staff member, you will be asked to leave the premises.

Should your actions affect the safety and well-being of the wranglers, horses, and other guests during the ride, you will be asked to dismount. Should your ride be fully or partially cancelled due to your conduct, no refund will be issued.

Rider Limitations:

Riders must be a minimum of 10 years old in order to participate on a trail ride.

There is a maximum weight restriction of 250 lbs per rider. Please note that this is due to the health and safety of our horses as we do not have any horses at this time who are able to safely carry a rider weighing more than 250 lbs, please be honest when giving us your weight.

We are only able to take out six guest for each wrangler. We ask that larger groups do book a few days in advance to allow us time to have a second wrangler available.

We do go out rain or shine (some slickers-big rain jackets- are available on first come, first served basis) however, there are times that weather conditions do make rides unsafe. We will not go out during a thunder and lightening storm. Should one occur during a ride in process, we will take the shortest way back to the mounting area.
