Which Camp are you Enrolling your Child in?






A packed lunch may be provided upon resquest for $10 per day. An average packed lunch includes a sandwich, cookies, trail mix, fruit or veggie, juice, and a bottle of water. Subsitutions may be made depending on availability. Please check the days your child requires a packed lunch.






We would like to be able to use the pictures taken during the summer camps for advertising purposes. The pictures may be used throughout our website, on facebook, and other advertising venues. Please check the appropriate box below in regards to using pictures of your child.

Acceptance:
Applications will be looked at on a first come, first served basis. There are limited spaces available for each camp and should your child not get a space in the  appropriate camp, they will be placed on a waiting list in order of applications received.
Upon acceptance into camp, a 50% deposit is required to hold your space with the remainder due two weeks prior to the start date of your child’s camp.

Payment Options:
Currently we are able to accept payment via check (made payable to “Vicki Maddocks”), cash, or email money transfer to doublestarranchbc@yahoo.com.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event that your child is no longer able to attend the kid’s camp, please inform us ASAP. If cancelled two weeks or more before the start date of your child’s camp, you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $15 administration fee. If cancelled in under two weeks before the start date but, prior to 48 hours before the start date of the camp, you will receive a refund less your 50% deposit. If cancelled within the 48 hours prior to the start date of the camp, no refund will be issued.

Requirements:

Double Star Ranch will require a Release of Liability Waiver to be filled out by each child’s parent/guardian in the presence of a Double Star Ranch staff member no later than 9:30 AM on the morning of the first day of camp for each child in order for the child to be able to participate in horse activities.
An approved riding helmet is required (some are available for use at Double Star Ranch) as well as sturdy closed toed shoes with a small heel and long pants.

  • Layered Clothing
  • Jacket
  • Proper footwear (required)
  • Camera
  • Lunch with Snacks (unless preordered)
  • Water - preferably in a refillable bottle
  • Any Required Medications
